大阪日豪協会について
大阪日豪協会は、大阪を拠点としてオーストラリアとの親善・文化・経済交流を深めるとともに、会員相互の親睦を図ることを目的として、１９９４年に設立された民間団体です。その前身は１９９０年に、オーストラリア大好き人間が集まって結成された「オージークラブ」で、「草の根レベルの日豪交流」と「明るく・楽しく・面白く・フレンドリーな協会」という会の性格は遺伝子のように受け継がれています。
同じ理由から会員の構成は個人会員が中心です。
会の運営は会員からの会費とボランティア活動で行われています。

About JAPAN-AUSTRALIA SOCIETY OF OSAKA ( JASO )
JASO is a private organization established in 1994, based in Osaka, aiming to promote friendship amongst members as well as to develop friendly, cultural and economic relations between Japan and Australia.
The predecessor of JASO was the ‘Aussie Club’ established in 1990 by people who really loved Australia with their mottos being “grass roots activities for promotion of friendship between Japan and Australia” and “cheerful, enjoyable, interesting and friendly association”.
These mottos were inherited by JASO, and as a result, JASO consists of mainly individual members.
Our activities are supported by membership fees and members’ voluntary support. Please see the homepage for more details.
